Job summary

GSP Companies is seeking Digital Press Operators to set up and run at least two press types in alignment with industry specs. You will verify work orders, adjust presses for quality, and monitor efficiency while keeping the press area clean.

Proficient use of PMS color matching and densitometer is required, with cross-training to support other areas as needed. Experience as a Machine Operator (3-6+ months preferred) and the ability to communicate in English completos the responsibilities across

Digital Press Operators

• ability to set-up and run a minimum of two different press types in accordance with GSP and industry specifications and complete necessary daily and weekly paperwork
• verify information on work order is correct and make press standard adjustments as required to ensure quality standards are met
• meet or exceed print efficiency standards, monitor print assistant and QCI for adherence to procedures,
• strong grasp of workflow, processes, and procedures and maintain cleanliness of press & press area,
• ability to use PMS color matching book & densitometer to measure dot characteristics and colorspace,
• cross train in a minimum of one other area and work in other areas as needed
• Machine Operator experience, 3-6+ months preferred

All positions must be able to write, read, communicate and understand English, must be available for weekend work shifts & overtime as needed and be able to understand and adhere to all safety requirements.
