Job summary

GSP Retail is seeking a Digital Press Operator to set up and run two press types, verify work orders, and adjust presses to meet quality and efficiency standards. The role includes maintaining press cleanliness and assisting with training while supporting other departments as needed.

Required is1 basic math ability, English communication, safety awareness, and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend/overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have set-up/run experience on a press
• Must verify job/order details and perform 1st article inspection
• Good maintenance and cleaning practices for press area
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work weekend/overtime as required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and in a team
• Demonstrates safety-conscious work habits
• Able to think creatively to solve production issues
• Demonstrates professional communication across all levels of staff

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a minimum of two press types
• Set up press according to GSP and industry specs
• Verify information on work orders and complete first article inspection
• Make press adjustments to meet quality standards
• Meet or exceed print efficiency targets
• Report issues to Managers/Supervisors and Maintenance
• Complete daily and weekly paperwork
• Maintain cleanliness of press and area; perform basic maintenance
• Maintain maintenance logs and report downtime
• Support other departments as required
