Job summary

GSP Companies is seeking a Digital Press Operator to start shifts by opening work orders, setting up presses, and dialing in color to meet brand standards for photography-quality visuals used nationwide. You will manage two press types, monitor quality, and assist with schedule adherence in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires English proficiency, willingness for weekend/overtime shifts, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ months of Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Machine Setups for Production Runs.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate at least two different digital press types to GSP and industry specifications.
• Confirm every work order is accurate; make press-standard adjustments to achieve required quality benchmarks.
• Hit or exceed print efficiency targets; oversee your print assistant and QCI adherence to procedures.
• Maintain a strong command of workflow, processes, and SOPs while keeping the press and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Cross-train in at least one additional area and support other departments when needed.
