Responsibilities

• Advance digital portfolio tools by partnering with Advisors, Product Managers, Design, Technology, Solutions, and Analytics.
• Provide support for advisors by addressing platform issues and feedback to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Support product initiatives from concept through delivery, aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enhancements through agile development.
