Responsibilities

• Assist in product support operations leveraging Jira ticketing system.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
• Support in preparation of key decision-making presentations and documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product features.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and align on strategy.
