Job summary

Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) is seeking an energetic PR Events Intern to help plan media events and support content production. You will collaborate with our Public Relations Lifestyle & Experiential Strategy Team, coordinate logistics, and assist with editorial content for media outreach.

The role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to work with press, vendors, and internal teams. It is a full schedule with some travel and weekend/evening events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
• Preferred majors: English, Communications, Event Management, Journalism, Marketing, or Photography/Videography.
• Internship experience in PR/events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spokesperson, Content and Special Projects in editorial assets and social content; manage content library and social calendar.
• Assist Spokesperson, Events and Experiential with domestic and international media event logistics; travel arrangements, vendor management, budgeting.
• Schedule and coordinate department meetings and long-term projects.
• File and track systems, meeting minutes and deadline reports.
• Coordinate with PR Analyst on finance, accounting and procurement per PCNA policy.
• Schedule team planning meetings and content reviews.
• Prepare and format presentations, reports and media summaries.
