Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Program Manager to support platform stability, reliability, automation, and production operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve resilient systems, troubleshoot production issues, strengthen observability, and apply SRE best practices.

You will own the project plan across Mobilization, Design, MVP Build, Expansion, Migration, and Go-Live, coordinating a distributed delivery team and governance across sites.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project delivery ownership with risk and scope control.
• Governance with integrated project plans, RAID logs, decision registers, and executive reporting.
• Cross-functional and executive stakeholder management across locations and vendors; manage scope creep and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan and delivery cadence across phases; coordinate distributed teams.
• RACI-based governance; manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Lead leadership reporting; track budget and resource allocation with the Application Development Manager.
• Coordinate architecture reviews and gate submissions; drive phase signoffs and milestones.
• Provide weekly status, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates; drive formal closure of actions.
