University of Rhode Island Foundation & Alumni Engagement is seeking an Assistant Director of Digital Philanthropy to lead multi-channel fundraising for a global constituency of 150,000+ alumni, parents, students, and friends. Focus on young alumni; drive donor acquisition, participation, retention, and revenue through email, social media, crowdfunding, and ad campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; higher education or nonprofit fundraising experience preferred.
• Experience building and executing digital fundraising campaigns via email, social media, crowdfunding, text messaging, and digital advertising.
• Ability manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign results and use data to improve outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with campus partners.

• Develop and execute digital fundraising strategies to meet Annual Giving goals for donor acquisition, participation, retention, and revenue.
• Lead RhodyNow young alumni digital fundraising initiatives across channels and platforms.
• Collaborate with campus partners to integrate digital fundraising with university priorities.
• Create customized digital campaigns and crowdfunding pages with development officers across schools and units.
• Monitor fundraising performance and report on key metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Identify emerging digital trends and opportunities to strengthen the Foundation’s program.
