Axalta is seeking recent graduates for its Mobility Operations Rotational Program in the Greater Detroit area. You will rotate through capacity planning, supply chain, and manufacturing operations to build broad technical skills and drive process improvements.

The program emphasizes digital solutions, data analysis, and collaboration across manufacturing plants. Relocation and travel may be required as part of the rotations in the first three years.

Qualifications

• Candidates graduating Jun 2026 to Dec 2026 in a tech/business-related field
• Open to relocation during rotations
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher
• Experience with SAP/ERP in production planning or material planning encouraged
• Strong communication, initiative, and leadership potential
