Beacon Hill seeks a Digital Product Manager to lead the onboarding platform for institutional and advisor users in a financial services context. You will convert manual onboarding into scalable digital workflows, gather requirements, and drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates excel in Agile environments, have strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with enterprise platforms like Appian, Salesforce, Aladdin, or Charles River.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Digital Product Management in financial services or wealth management.
• Hands-on onboarding experience for institutional or advisor users.
• Transform operational workflows into digital, self-service platforms.
• Strong product lifecycle and backlog management skills (Agile/Scrum).
• Experience designing front-end digital solutions and integrating with enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a new digital onboarding platform for institutional/advisor users.
• Convert manual onboarding processes into scalable digital workflows and self-service experiences.
• Gather requirements, create user stories, manage backlogs, and prioritize features.
• Partner with business, architecture, engineering, UX and data teams to deliver capabilities.
• Drive execution across discovery, design, development, testing, deployment and post-launch enhancements.
• Coordinate integrations with enterprise platforms to support onboarding.
• Facilitate sprint planning, roadmap alignment, and cross-functional communication.
