Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. Staff Educator RN will design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs that leverage IT and software tools to strengthen clinical quality, patient safety, and staff competency.

Responsibilities include assessing learning needs, developing curricula, delivering training via digital platforms and dashboards, evaluating outcomes, and collaborating with nursing leadership, informatics, and IT teams to support clinical change initiatives and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• RN with strong clinical background and expertise in nursing education.
• Ability to translate evidence into curricula and educational strategy.
• Proficiency with educational technology, learning platforms, and data-informed evaluation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner across clinical and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and develop evidence-based curricula for nursing staff across multiple units.
