The Digital EP will coordinate with the News Director and station staff to plan, execute, and oversee website and social strategies, while fostering a positive, productive team environment and ensuring timely,

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital teams to produce engaging content across platforms.
• Strong command of AP style writing and newsroom ethics.
• Ability to leverage analytics to set and measure content goals.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise digital producers and collaborate with newsroom staff.
• Manage and coordinate breaking news coverage.
• Plan, execute and oversee continuity and strategy for website and social platforms.
• Coach and conduct annual reviews; manage schedules and time cards; training and development.
