Responsibilities

• Monitor quality assurance dashboards to ensure Salesforce fields are properly updated.
• Troubleshoot and resolve digital network issues independently.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and pivot quickly to address challenges.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical or operations team member.
• Create and complete daily checklists to maintain quality assurance standards.
• Participate in weekly and monthly check-ins with leadership to review progress, goals, and improvements.
• Act as a liaison between the technical and operations teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Provide support to the digital operations team during large‑scale projects.
• Assist leadership on focused initiatives to drive business value and efficiency.

Compensation Range

$40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
