You’ll drive signal integrity, FPGA toolchains (Xilinx Vivado), Altium, DFM/DFT, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration across RF, power, firmware, software and mechanical teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital or mixed-signal hardware engineering experience.
• BS or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Deep expertise in high-speed digital and mixed-signal board design.

Responsibilities

• Leading and scaling a high-performing digital & mixed-signal hardware team.
• Maintaining technical excellence across complex hardware programs.
• High-speed digital and mixed-signal board/system architecture.
• Leading rigorous architecture and design reviews.
• Establishing signal integrity, schematic, PCB layout, and hardware development standards.
