Job summary

Summersville Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator to manage our Point Click Care system and digital health records. You will ensure records reflect residents’ conditions, maintain compliance, and safeguard confidentiality from admission to discharge.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and strong computer skills; prior medical records experience and PCC familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Point Click Care system.
• Ensure active and inactive EHR reflect residents' condition from admission through discharge.
• Ensure compliance of Point Click Care electronic health records.
• Protect EHR from breaches of confidentiality, unauthorized use, theft, and damage.
