Job Description

Saatchi & Saatchi currently has a full-time opportunity for a Digital Media Supervisor

Successfor this position will be measured by the following:

An ideal candidate will bea self-starter with knowledge and energy to develop and execute media plans with4-5 years of experienceindigital planning.

Candidate experience/skills should include:

  • Solid understanding of digital terms and planning philosophies; traditional media planning background a plus
  • Proficient in GCM (Google Campaign Manager) and Prisma
  • Excellent Excel skills in addition to proficiency with MS Word and Powerpoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms (Domo,Tableau)
  • Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of work and multi-task
  • Familiarity with Brand Safety tools (IAS, DV)
  • Working knowledge of media research tools (MRI, Nielsen, ComScore, Simmons, etc.) and ability to analyze syndicated research
  • Working knowledge of site analytic platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) a plus
  • Regional planning and/ or Automotive/Retail experience is desirable
Responsibilities
  • Develop digital media content and recommendations for 100+ markets and present strategy/rationale to internal Media Teams
  • Supervise Digital Planners to understand, implement, and manage strategy throughout the year
  • Stewardship over media POV requests from clients
  • Work closely with manager to research new partners/opportunities and help develop communication goals
  • Carry out buying strategies and negotiate media to maximize investment ROI
  • Implement and follow agency digital media process including RFP’s, IO’s, pacing and invoices/makegoods
  • Initiate/schedule QBR’s with all partners
  • Analyze analytics to optimize plans and identify strengths/weaknesses with partners/placements/tactics
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation Range: $73,910.00 - $116,380.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
