The University of Houston invites applications for a senior role overseeing digital and visual communications that support the advancement of a major division. You will lead the design and execution of integrated media, from digital magazines to web collateral, and drive social media, video, and e-communications.

Responsible for digital and visual communications activities tosupport the advancement of a major university division, program, orcenter through the planning, design, and execution of integrateddigital media. Serves as the primary graphic design lead,overseeing the layout and digital production of major universitycommunications—including digital magazines, interactive annualreports, and web collateral—while driving social media, video, ande-communication strategies.
Experience will be considered in lieu ofeducation.
Education will be considered in lieu ofexperience.
MQ: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical andpractical aspects of an analytical, technical or professionaldiscipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professionaldiscipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtainedthrough a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a collegeor university or an equivalent in-depth specialized trainingprogram that is directly related to the type of work beingperformed. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directlyjob-related experience.
