Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design/creative arts, marketing or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in creative services within digital marketing/communications.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful digital campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Office.
• Deep understanding of design principles and layout techniques.
• Knowledge of image/video dimensions, accessibility, social platform specs.
• Proficiency in creating custom graphics, icons and illustrations.
• Excellent planning, organization and ability to work under deadlines.
• Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and design digital media content for websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography.
• Conceptualize and design static graphics, edit short-form video, and produce motion animations for omni-channel campaigns.
• Monitor social and digital trends to rapidly produce relevant visual assets.
• Manage processes and systems to enable stakeholders to leverage assets while maintaining brand standards.
• Generate innovative ideas to enhance the Caris brand and customer experience.
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure consistent production and distribution.
• Work cross-functionally to define projects, objectives and requirements.
• Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables.
• Translate complex scientific content into visually appealing assets highlighting product features.
• Manage deadlines and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
