Job summary

DAC Group / New York Inc. is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator to support paid search campaign setup, reporting and optimization. You’ll work with Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook and other platforms, developing Excel-based analyses and optimization strategies.

The role requires strong data-driven mindset, Excel proficiency and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment with three days in-office per week.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Google Fundamentals, Google Advanced, DoubleClick and Bing certifications are assets.
  • Experience with bulk uploads or Google Ads Editor preferred.
  • Ability to build basic campaign structures on multiple platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Become expert in biddable paid media (paid search initially).
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports across paid media channels.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners.
  • Analyze campaigns and optimize based on client needs.
  • Build, launch and optimize paid search & display campaigns (Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook).
  • Test ad copy and banners to drive performance.
  • Perform keyword, placement and market research; QA of campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop expertise in digital performance marketing. The Digital Media Coordinator will assist with campaign setup, reporting, analysis, and optimization across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook. The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000 -$60,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.
