Job summary

DAC Group seeks a Digital Media Coordinator to support paid search campaign setup, reporting, and optimization. You will work with Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, and other platforms, applying data-driven analysis and strong Excel skills to drive performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree, relevant certifications, and experience with bulk uploads or Google Ads Editor. This role requires three days in-office in New York and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Completion of Google Fundamentals, Google Advanced, DoubleClick and Bing certifications is an asset.
  • Experience with bulk uploads or Google Ads Editor is preferred.
  • Ability to build basic campaign structures on Google and Bing is expected.
  • Ability to pull reports and provide insights on campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and charts.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in biddable paid media (initially paid search, then paid social & display).
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports covering all paid media channels and performance data.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to support campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns with data-driven adjustments.
  • Build, launch, and maintain campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Test ad copy and banner creative to improve performance.
  • Conduct keyword, placement, and market research for new and existing campaigns.
  • Perform QA on campaign setup and post-launch activities.

The Digital Media Coordinator will assist with campaign setup, reporting, analysis, and optimization across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook. The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000 -$60,000.
