Job summary

DAC Group in Chicago is seeking a Director of Media to lead cross-channel campaigns across SEM, Display, Paid Social, and programmatic efforts, overseeing a growing media team. You will partner with PMO and account leads, guiding strategic media planning, managing budgets, and mentoring junior staff while delivering high-impact results for clients.

This full-time in-office role requires 8+ years of digital media leadership, Google Ads certification, and a proven track record of enterprise

  • Google Ads certified.

Then you may have just found the perfect opportunity at a performance marketing agency like no other.This person is responsible for strategic decisions ensuring implementation of digital and traditional paid media and SEM best practices, trends and analysis, integrated digital planning, and oversight of program execution.**What You’ll Do*** Work with subject matters experts cross-trained in SEMm Programmatic, and Paid Social to create, execute, and report on cross-channel media engagements. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.*
