The ideal candidate has experience in trafficking paid media campaigns across different channels including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, email marketing, programmatic channels, and others. This person should have a passion for digital media advertising and a customer service-centric attitude.
This role reports into our Hunt Valley, MD office on a hybrid schedule with an average of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.

The base salary for this position is $21.63 to $24.03. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
