Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Hunt Valley, MD. You will support onboarding for client partnerships with our white glove service and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires 2–3 years in onboarding or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Hybrid in-person and remote work is available, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in client onboarding, digital marketing, ad agency, or technical systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with internal/external partners, including remote video.
• Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.
• Be coachable, solution-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to self-manage a book of business with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new client partnerships with our white glove service.
• Provide regular progress updates with internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Direct engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including leading calls/trainings and facilitation of support needs.
• Follow SOPs for trafficking orders and setting up new data platforms, including content auditing and timely order handling within SLA limits.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal fulfillment teams to meet benchmarks and deadlines.
• Learn and train others on our proprietary technology.
• Monitor multiple ticketing queues and onboarding-related tasks.
• Conduct monthly performance analyses for your client portfolio.
• Provide ongoing support to clients across time zones throughout the partnership.
• Become a subject matter expert and train new hires if appointed.
• Assist teammates when others are on PTO.
• Cross-train with other roles for business needs.
• Maintain record-keeping in online databases.
• Complete mandatory trainings.
• Other unplanned duties as assigned.
