Sinclair Broadcast Group in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of new client partnerships with our white glove service. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely setup and successful launches.
You will train clients on our proprietary technology, manage multiple onboarding tasks across time zones, and maintain meticulous records while meeting SLAs.
NOTE: This is not a Human Resources position. This is a position on the Drive Auto Onboarding Team.

The hourly salary compensation range for this role is $21.80 to $25.64. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans,flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
