Job summary

Newsmax Media, Inc. is seeking a data-driven Digital Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X, Google, YouTube and more.

You will build media plans, manage budgets, and target audiences to maximize ROI in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor performance, run A/B tests, and report insights while using AI tools to enhance audience research, analysis, and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media buying, media planning, paid social, or programmatic advertising.
  • Hands‑on experience planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; training with X Ads/YouTube preferred.
  • Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X, Google, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Develop media plans and buying strategies based on objectives, audiences, budgets, and performance goals.
  • Develop and manage audience targeting strategies, including demographic, behavioral, interest-based, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, placements, and audience allocation to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust based on KPIs, audience behavior, and costs.
  • Analyze campaign and audience performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate creative asset performance, messaging, audiences, and placements; assist with A/B testing.
  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, QA, and implementation for accurate launches.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, digital, and other teams on assets, messaging, landing pages, and tracking.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Track spending to ensure budgets stay aligned with media plans.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to support research, analysis, reporting, and optimization.
  • Monitor emerging platforms and opportunities for new optimization.

  • Manage multiple campaigns and priorities while meeting campaign launch and reporting deadlines.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media buying, media planning, paid social, paid search, performance marketing, or programmatic advertising.
  • Hands‑on experience planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads required; experience with X Ads, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms preferred.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, campaign optimization, and digital advertising performance metrics.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to make media buying and optimization decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Google Analytics, data visualization, or other reporting tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying emerging technologies to digital advertising, analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, platforms, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
