Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Malvern, PA seeks a Digital Integrator – Material Management to lead digital material management across CGT. Own end-to-end strategy spanning development labs, pilot plants, quality labs, and supply-chain interfaces.

Act as bridge between scientists, process development, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and IT to ensure material definitions and genealogy are consistent, governed, and traceable across MES, ELN, LIMS, BIOVIA, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in pharma, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Experience working with and integrating execution systems such as MES, ELN, LIMS, BIOVIA, and SAP.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, change management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain material management digital strategy for CGT.
• Establish data ownership across SAP, MES, ELN, BIOVIA, and LIMS.
• Partner with functions to ensure compliance for material management digital processes.
• Ensure strategy supports development agility and GxP manufacturing operations.
• Design and implement connected material workflows across SAP, MES, ELN, BIOVIA, and LIMS.
• Enable data to flow to enterprise platforms for reporting, investigations, AI.
• Drive adoption of standard material management processes across sites.
