As an Digital Marketing Technologist in IT, you will be immersed in the business to understand what's needed and what's possible for value creation. You will look beyond the 'now' and help define a multi-year journey to increase business value, including the set and sequence of products, services, and projects that deliver business outcomes. You will serve as a key link between business and technology teams, translating needs into scalable solutions and driving adoption of Brand-Building IT capabilities. You will combine hands‑on technology delivery, data‑driven insights, and strong partnerships with business, IT, vendor, and agency partners to enable transformation and deliver value.

Responsibilities
  • Executes the build, deployment, innovation, adoption, and operation of Brand-Building IT applications, products, or foundational technologies.
  • Delivers business outcomes through data-driven insights and Brand-Building IT services, products, and programs.
  • Influences technology, data, and architectural decisions to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Serves as a key link between business and technology teams, translating needs into scalable solutions and driving capability adoption.
  • Engages in hands‑on work to incubate, develop, operate, and scale new capabilities while codifying processes and best practices.
  • Collaborates with business, IT, vendor, agency, and multifunctional partners to deliver value.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Brand-Building IT technology stack including CRM and media systems, data management platforms, and digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
