Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team. Based in the Philippines, this position plays a critical role in optimizing search engine visibility across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The successful candidate will develop, execute, and manage SEO strategies with the primary goal of enhancing organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.

About the Role:

  • In partnership with the global SEO team: strategise, execute, and optimise SEO initiatives to enhance organic visibility and improve search rankings across the APAC region.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to inform SEO strategies.
  • Monitor SEO performance and analyse data using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement best practices for on-page and technical SEO.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to continually refine strategies.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports detailing campaign performance, search engine metrics, and recommendations for improvement.

About You:

  • 1 to 2 years of professional or related experience preferred
  • Proven expertise in SEO campaign management, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and MOZ would be an advantage.
