The Digital Marketing Specialist supports that mission by partnering with the Marketing Director to execute digital
marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue across Mackie’s global digital
channels. This role works cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Product Management to develop
and optimize digital experiences across Mackie.com, Amazon, social media, email, paid advertising, and creator
partnerships. The position also supports sustained product growth through evergreen campaigns, customer lifecycle
initiatives, and the continued development of Mackie’s Artist Program.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Execution
- Partner with the Marketing Director to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns supporting new productlaunches, evergreen initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness objectives.
- Manage Mackie’s digital presence across Mackie.com, Amazon Product Detail Pages, the Amazon Brand Store,email marketing, paid media, and social channels to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Manage external digital marketing agencies and advertising partners responsible for paid search, paid social,display advertising, Amazon Advertising, and other digital media initiatives. Ensure campaigns align with Mackie’smarketing objectives and performance goals.
- Manage external SEO, website, and e-commerce partners to execute search optimization, website enhancements,digital merchandising, and conversion rate optimization initiatives that improve customer engagement and onlinesales performance.
- Partner with the Product Marketing Manager and Lead Copywriter to execute customer lifecycle marketinginitiatives supporting product education, warranty registration, accessory attachment, software engagement, andrepeat purchases through coordinated email marketing and digital campaigns.
Content and Asset Management
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate launch assets into channel-specific content, including websiteexperiences, paid advertising, email campaigns, social media, Amazon merchandising, and short-form video.
- Coordinate with internal Creative teams and external agencies to deliver digital assets optimized for eachmarketing channel and customer touchpoint.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Product Marketing to ensure consistentmessaging and seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints.
Artist Program and Creator Marketing
- Partner with the Marketing Director to execute and expand Mackie’s Artist Program by identifying, onboarding,and supporting musicians, creators, educators, reviewers, and industry partners.
- Manage creator outreach, product seeding logistics, campaign coordination, and ongoing communications togenerate authentic user-generated content and build long-term brand advocacy.
- Repurpose creator-generated content across paid advertising, social media, website content, Amazonmerchandising, and other evergreen marketing initiatives.
Marketing Operations and Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across digital channels and provide recommendations for optimization based oncustomer insights, analytics, and business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, agencies, creator partners, and digital service providers.
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies, advertising platforms, consumer trends, and industrybest practices to continuously improve Mackie’s digital marketing execution.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and marketinganalytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and contentmanagement systems.
- Strong project management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of professional audio hardware and the ability to translate technical features and use casesinto compelling marketing content.
- Experience marketing professional audio, music technology, consumer electronics, or related technologyproducts.
- Experience executing creator, influencer, ambassador, or artist marketing programs, including product seedingand user-generated content.
- Experience with creator relationship management and marketing automation platforms such as GRIN, Aspire,CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Experience managing Amazon Brand Stores, Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Advertising, and e-commercemerchandising.
- Passion for music, live production, content creation, or professional audio technology.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professionalexperience.
- Five or more years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Competencies and Skills:
- Ability to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship management skills.
- Ability to use data, testing, and performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, campaigns, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent brand execution.
- Ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
This position operates in a fast-paced office environment with moderate noise and may require extended hours, early orlate meetings, and occasional travel. Physical demands include prolonged sitting, frequent computer use, standard office mobility, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time, exempt position with an anticipated starting salary of $100,000 per year. LOUD Audio offers acomprehensive benefits package, including health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) with company match, 15 days of paidtime off accrued during the first year, 11 paid holidays, and one floating holiday.
