For more than 35 years, Mackie has helped musicians, creators, performers, educators, and audio professionals make great sound with reliable and innovative professional audio solutions.

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports that mission by partnering with the Marketing Director to execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue across Mackie’s global digital channels. This role works cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Product Management to develop and optimize digital experiences across Mackie.com, Amazon, social media, email, paid advertising, and creator partnerships. The position also supports sustained product growth through evergreen campaigns, customer lifecycle initiatives, and the continued development of Mackie’s Artist Program.

Requirements
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Execution
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns supporting new product launches, evergreen initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness objectives.
  • Manage Mackie’s digital presence across Mackie.com, Amazon Product Detail Pages, the Amazon Brand Store, email marketing, paid media, and social channels to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Manage external digital marketing agencies and advertising partners responsible for paid search, paid social, display advertising, Amazon Advertising, and other digital media initiatives. Ensure campaigns align with Mackie’s marketing objectives and performance goals.
  • Manage external SEO, website, and e-commerce partners to execute search optimization, website enhancements, digital merchandising, and conversion rate optimization initiatives that improve customer engagement and online sales performance.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing Manager and Lead Copywriter to execute customer lifecycle marketing initiatives supporting product education, warranty registration, accessory attachment, software engagement, and repeat purchases through coordinated email marketing and digital campaigns.
Content and Asset Management
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate launch assets into channel-specific content, including website experiences, paid advertising, email campaigns, social media, Amazon merchandising, and short-form video.
  • Coordinate with internal Creative teams and external agencies to deliver digital assets optimized for each marketing channel and customer touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints.
Artist Program and Creator Marketing
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to execute and expand Mackie’s Artist Program by identifying, onboarding, and supporting musicians, creators, educators, reviewers, and industry partners.
  • Manage creator outreach, product seeding logistics, campaign coordination, and ongoing communications to generate authentic user-generated content and build long-term brand advocacy.
  • Repurpose creator-generated content across paid advertising, social media, website content, Amazon merchandising, and other evergreen marketing initiatives.
Marketing Operations and Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance across digital channels and provide recommendations for optimization based on customer insights, analytics, and business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, agencies, creator partners, and digital service providers.
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies, advertising platforms, consumer trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve Mackie’s digital marketing execution.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience managing paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
  • Strong project management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of professional audio hardware and the ability to translate technical features and use cases into compelling marketing content.
  • Experience marketing professional audio, music technology, consumer electronics, or related technology products.
  • Experience executing creator, influencer, ambassador, or artist marketing programs, including product seeding and user-generated content.
  • Experience with creator relationship management and marketing automation platforms such as GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing Amazon Brand Stores, Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Advertising, and e-commerce merchandising.
  • Passion for music, live production, content creation, or professional audio technology.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five or more years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Competencies and Skills
  • Ability to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to use data, testing, and performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, campaigns, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent brand execution.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-paced office environment with moderate noise and may require extended hours, early or late meetings, and occasional travel. Physical demands include prolonged sitting, frequent computer use, standard office mobility, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position with an anticipated starting salary of $100,000 per year. LOUD Audio offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) with company match, 15 days of paid time off accrued during the first year, 11 paid holidays, and one floating holiday.
