Job description

Napa Home & Garden, a dynamic home décor wholesaler, with its headquarters in Norcross, GA is searching for a driven, energetic team player to join our growing team. We provide sophisticated products for the home, selling to style-conscious retailers via a best-in-class shopping experience. Napa is well-recognized within the home décor industry and is one in a family of highly regarded brands.

Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Specialist owns website performance marketing for our newest sales channel DTC and our legacy B2B sites, along with the other digital assets that support them. This is a hands-on execution role reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development. Your focus splits roughly 80/20 between DTC and B2B support. The Senior Director sets content strategy and campaign calendars. You will own day-to-day execution across site merchandising, conversion optimization, SEO, site analytics, content, and our other digital assets, partnering with Design, IT, and Sales to get work live. Strategy and the campaign calendar sit with the Senior Director; your input on what's working is expected, and the role can grow into strategic ownership as you build a track record. You'll help keep our Shopify storefront fresh, contribute content ideas, and use AI tools to move fast without losing the friendly design-forward voice that defines our brand.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Own the execution of website performance marketing for DTC and B2B, plus the campaigns and content that run across the website and other digital assets.
    • Collaborate with Design to build, schedule, and launch campaign assets across the website and our other digital assets, from brief to live.
    • Adapt messaging and creative for DTC and B2B audiences.
    • Analyze campaign and site performance against the calendar set by the Senior Director, flagging timing conflicts early and recommending initiatives to optimize execution and improve performance.
  • Own website performance end to end: day-to-day operation of the Shopify storefront, including updates, merchandising, promotions, conversion optimization, and technical integrations like metafields and app setups.
    • Schedule and Publish daily/weekly site updates (product launches, copy changes, navigation, and landing pages)
    • Merchandise collections and homepage placements to feature seasonal and best-selling product.
    • Build and schedule promotions, bundles, discount codes, and sale mechanics end to end.
    • Configure metafields, theme sections, and app integrations, with support from IT and freelancers on anything custom.
    • Monitor site health (broken links, page speed, checkout errors) and resolve or elevate quickly.
    • Run on-site conversion testing (product page layout, imagery, copy, promo placement) using Lucky Orange and Shopify data, and implement the winning variant.
    • Maintain a continuous testing roadmap - hypothesis, test, result, next step - with a running log of what shipped and what it moved.
    • Own site analytics in GA4: event and conversion tracking, funnel and landing-page reporting, and channel attribution across all traffic sources.
    • Diagnose conversion drop-off by device, template, and traffic source, and turn findings into a prioritized queue of site fixes.
  • Drive organic and paid traffic growth to the site, and measure its impact on sessions, conversion rate, and revenue.
    • Implement SEO and AEO best practices across product, collection, and landing pages, aligned to the strategy set by the Senior Director.
    • Support paid media campaigns as budgets are established.
    • Track rankings, organic traffic, and content velocity in SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
  • Support B2B marketing initiatives under the direction of the VP of Marketing and Sales.
  • Track and report on performance to inform strategy.
    • Pull weekly metrics from Shopify, Klaviyo, Sprout Social, GA4, and Lucky Orange.
    • Provide regular performance reports to your manager, with observations and suggested next steps where you see them.
  • Utilize AI tools such as Jasper, Claude, and Shopify Magic to streamline content creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, creative, sales) and external partners on projects and integrations.

  • A strong design sense and appreciation for design-led brands.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
