As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of digital initiatives, turn data into actionable insights, and make complex industrial and environmental solutions easy to understand.

The position will play a key role in advancing Tradebe's digital marketing capabilities while promoting our Sustainability at Work story and broader sustainability initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Own and continuously improve Tradebe's U.S. website, including WordPress administration, content updates, UX improvements, SEO, website performance, and coordination with external web development partners as needed.
  • Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, search, social media, and display channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, KPIs, and campaign performance reporting, translating data into actionable recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and manage content for the company website, blog, email campaigns, and social media channels, including LinkedIn.

  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and webinars, including logistics, promotional materials, digital promotion, lead capture, and post-event reporting.
  • Create and manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with responsibility for targeting, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, web developers, and graphic design partners as required. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or marketing communications.
  • Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites and familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, along with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong content creation and graphic design skills, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating technical information for B2B audiences. Experience in industrial, environmental, manufacturing, engineering, energy, or other technical sectors is a plus.
