AMAROK, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the SEO and PPC strategy, elevating the brand and driving high-intent inbound leads. You will optimize website content, manage paid campaigns, and collaborate with agencies to maximize ROIs across search and social channels.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SEM/SEO, strong analytics, and experience with Pardot and CRM integration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SEM campaigns and SEO experience.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn or other paid social/display networks.
• Hands-on experience using AI advertising tools for automated bidding and testing.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, landing page optimization, and ROI measurement.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.

About this position

The Marketing team is the owner of the AMAROK brand, responsible for educating the market and curbing our awareness issue and generating high-quality inbound leads that generate sales. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth by transforming brand awareness into a predictable engine for revenue and market expansion. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's overall search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) strategy. Ultimately, the position elevates AMAROK's digital presence across modern search landscapes, ensuring the company outpaces competitors, captures high-intent market demand, and maximizes return on marketing investment.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and execute AMAROK's organic and paid search strategies across SEO, SEM, AEO, and GEO to drive measurable results.
• Build and optimize website content and technical SEO to improve search visibility and ROI maximization.
• Regularly perform thorough keywords research.
• Partner with external digital agencies to manage and scale paid campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging AI platforms.
• Deliver PPC campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks based on analysis.
• Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, tracking, and reporting while aligning performance data with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Monitor budget and ad spend to ensure optimizing spend for ROI.
• Keep abreast of the latest SEO, PPC and digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Extensive understanding of attribution and tracking from digital efforts into CRM and Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot, etc).

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience on search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and SEO
• Proficient with hands on experience working in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Excel or Google Sheets, and other performance marketing tools
• Experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, or other paid social and display networks
• Hands-on experience using AI advertising tools for automated bidding, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution, landing page optimization, and ROI measurement.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaborative skills across internal teams and agency partners.

Compensation range is based on experience and geographical location. Average yearly compensation range $90,000 - $115,000.
