AMAROK in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own SEO and PPC strategy, turning brand awareness into predictable, revenue-generating growth. You will plan and execute campaigns across search, social, display and emerging AI platforms, collaborate with agencies, analyze analytics, manage budgets, and optimize ROI to outpace competitors.

3-5 years SEM/SEO experience required; proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising; strong communication

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SEM and SEO experience.
• Hands-on with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and performance marketing tools.
• Experience with paid social and display networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and paid search strategies (SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO).
• Build and optimize website content and technical SEO to improve visibility and ROI.
• Regular keyword research and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with external agencies to scale paid campaigns across search, social, display, and AI platforms.
• Deliver PPC campaigns across networks and monitor budgets and ROI.

About This Position

The Marketing team is the owner of the AMAROK brand, responsible for educating the market and curbing our awareness issue and generating high-quality inbound leads that generate sales. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth by transforming brand awareness into a predictable engine for revenue and market expansion. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s overall search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) strategy. Ultimately, the position elevates AMAROK's digital presence across modern search landscapes, ensuring the company outpaces competitors, captures high-intent market demand, and maximizes return on marketing investment.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and execute AMAROK's organic and paid search strategies across SEO, SEM, AEO, and GEO to drive measurable results.
• Build and optimize website content and technical SEO to improve search visibility and ROI maximization.
• Regularly perform thorough keywords research.
• Partner with external digital agencies to manage and scale paid campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging AI platforms.
• Deliver PPC campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks based on analysis.
• Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, tracking, and reporting while aligning performance data with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Monitor budget and ad spend to ensure optimizing spend for ROI.
• Keep abreast of the latest SEO, PPC and digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Extensive understanding of attribution and tracking from digital efforts into CRM and Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot, etc)

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience on search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and SEO
• Proficient with hands on experience working in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Excel or Google Sheets, and other performance marketing tools
• Experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, or other paid social and display networks
• Hands-on experience using AI advertising tools for automated bidding, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution, landing page optimization, and ROI measurement.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaborative skills across internal teams and agency partners.

Compensation range is based on experience and geographical location. Average yearly compensation range $90,000 - $115,000.
