• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and WordPress CMS.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to think critically and work in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Execute across channels including SEO, paid search, paid social, organic social, programmatic, local search, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Strategic Advisors to drive on-time, on-budget client campaigns.
• Contribute to analytics and reporting to measure impact and optimize strategies.
• Support Strategic Website Implementation and beta testing/QA as needed.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Company 119, you will produce the day-to-day work that powers client campaigns. Working closely with our Marketing Managers and Strategic Advisors, you will execute across channels, deliver on scoped tasks, and help keep client work moving forward on time and on budget.
