Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing IDI’s online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness across digital platforms. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role is pivotal in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Content Creation and Management:
   • Develop and manage social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
   • Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
   • Actively gather content by visiting job sites, attending events, and collaborating with team members and customers to capture compelling visuals, testimonials, and stories for digital platforms.
2. Engagement And Community Management
   • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, promptly responding to comments and messages to foster community interaction.
3. Analytics And Reporting
   • Analyze digital metrics and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, identifying key insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
4. Collaboration And Strategy
   • Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies on digital advertising campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and website content updates to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
   • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging social media platforms, incorporating new strategies to enhance our digital presence.
