Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise digital or customer-facing tech solutions.
• 3+ years leading solution architecture or equivalent architecture decision ownership.
• Production cloud architecture experience with AWS and the ability to reason about compute, integration, data, security, and observability.
• Depth of architecture judgment matters more than familiarity with a particular AWS service.
• Ability to create clear architecture artifacts and communicate decisions to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes into capability impacts, roadmaps, and delivery increments.
• Design end-to-end solutions across websites, mobile apps, CMS and CRM platforms, data, and analytics.
• Define domain, data, event, and API boundaries to support reusable customer profiles and privacy controls.
• Create architecture artifacts: views, deployment diagrams, ADRs, data flows.
• Define measurable non-functional requirements and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical decisions across teams.
• Evaluate platforms and integration approaches, sharing reusable patterns and lessons learned.
