Job description

We’re hiring another Social Media Manager at True Ad Solutions.

We’re not looking for average. We need someone who’s been in the trenches at a marketing agency for 3+ years — managing dozens of clients directly, reporting to ownership, and always bringing a can do / will do / already done mindset.

You should be:

• Highly skilled in Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Experienced with Vista Social, LastPass, and Facebook Business Portfolio

• Able to build and manage 30-day content calendars across different industries

• Comfortable speaking directly with clients daily — with excellent communication skills

• Willing to do what it takes, even outside of normal hours, when needed

• The kind of person who goes above and beyond — for both the company and the client

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role. Remote, but EST hours required.

Pay: $50K–$60K depending on experience

Schedule: Paid on the 1st and 15th

Time Off: 2 weeks vacation, major holidays off — and your birthday, too
