Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of email marketing and marketing automation experience, preferably in sports/entertainment.
• Deep expertise in email marketing platforms, automation, segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including email, SEM/SEO, and analytics.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic email, SMS and database marketing planning, creation, and execution.
• Oversee arena website development and management in collaboration with web developers.
• Establish metrics and measurement frameworks across digital channels.
• Manage CRM, programmatic and email campaigns; translate insights into actions.
• Grow and maintain email and SMS databases; implement lifecycle campaigns.
