Job summary

Eurofins in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, and content initiatives, driving brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation for BioPharma Product Testing and related services.

The role requires 5–7 years in digital marketing with strong Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, and analytics capabilities, plus experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media, content strategy, analytics, and campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated B2B industries preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members, agencies, or cross-functional project teams preferred.
