Dylan Jahraus is a multi-six figure Etsy seller who has transformed her success into a comprehensive coaching platform for aspiring Etsy entrepreneurs. Our company is made up of a dedicated team of 35 professionals. Our services include private 1:1 coaching, financial planning, team training, and exclusive Etsy resources, all designed to help sellers scale their businesses effectively. The program has empowered over 3,500 Etsy sellers worldwide, while their mission is to provide actionable strategies and personalized support to foster successful Etsy ventures.

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and technically savvy Digital Marketing Managerto lead multi-channel marketing initiatives and drive measurable growth. You will be deeply involved in campaign execution, marketing automation, and funnel optimization across all platforms. This is a role for someone who thrives in the weeds – comfortable updating links, creating UTMs, building out automations, and connecting tools like Segmetrics and HubSpot to better track performance.

This is a Full-Time remote role.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager specifically with these requirements:

  • 5+ years in a marketing generalist role with a focus on digital products, education, coaching, or eCommerce personal brands.
  • Proven success managing complex funnels, lead sources, and segmented customer journeys.
  • Solid technical acumen: skilled in tools like HubSpot, Segmetrics, Kajabi, and Google Analytics for tracking, reporting, and attribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube) that generate leads and revenue.
  • Experience with email marketing, affiliate programs, and community engagement, with a focus on content marketing.
  • Background in website and funnel optimization using platforms like Showit, WordPress, or Webflow.
  • Strong ability to lead projects while still getting hands-on with tasks like building links, setting up UTMs, connecting integrations, and QA.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like ManyChat and Notion.
  • Working knowledge of creative tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for content development

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Own and execute integrated marketing strategies across paid ads, email, content, and social.
  • Optimize funnels by tracking attribution, lead quality, and conversion through platforms like Segmetrics and HubSpot.
  • Manage and report on paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan and manage marketing calendars 2–3 months in advance, including content and campaign timelines.
  • Build and maintain UTMs, update landing page links, and ensure accurate attribution across platforms.
  • Lead and manage affiliate marketing programs, including outreach, setup, and performance optimization.
  • Manage a small marketing team (5+), coordinate with contractors, and ensure smooth daily execution.
  • Support and enhance social media and community engagement strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Continuously optimize website performance and conversion rates through tools like Showit, WordPress, or Webflow.
  • Use tools like ManyChat to automate messaging and nurture leads through segmented workflows.
