As a Digital Marketing Manager at Array, you will be our in-house performance marketing engine — you do what a full-service agency would do, except you sit inside the GTM team, know our verticals, and are accountable to pipeline. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
You’re the person in the ad platforms, in the CMS, in the analytics. Every program you run has a goal attached: net new customers, retention, or land-and-expand. If it can’t be tied to one of those, it doesn’t run.
$160,000 + for base salary, depending on experience. Full time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.
