Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Global Ordnance's digital marketing strategy while leading the creation and management of branded marketing assets across the organization. This role combines digital marketing performance ownership with graphic design and brand management responsibilities, helping drive customer acquisition, engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant ownership and visibility across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical, creative, and project management skills with the ability to independently execute initiatives from concept through completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing and Performance
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Drive digital marketing performance across paid search, paid social, email marketing, LinkedIn, organic search, retargeting, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs, including website traffic, conversions, engagement, lead generation, return on ad spend, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor digital marketing budgets and evaluate campaign ROI.
  • Develop strategies to improve website performance, SEO, customer experience, and digital engagement.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate the company’s social media presence, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement, advertising support, and performance reporting.
Graphic Design and Brand Management
  • Support the development, maintenance, and enforcement of Global Ordnance and its subsidiaries brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all company websites, social media channels, marketing campaigns, trade shows, corporate communications, and subsidiary organizations.
  • Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, product sheets, presentations, digital advertisements, social media graphics, LinkedIn banners, email graphics, and sales collateral.
  • Support the development of trade show and event marketing assets, including booth graphics, signage, promotional materials, and large-format displays.
  • Create compelling visual content that supports product marketing, corporate communications, recruiting, and business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with printers, exhibit vendors, photographers, videographers, agencies, and other external partners to execute marketing projects.
  • Support the planning and production of photography, video, and other creative content required for marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership, sales, product management, and other internal stakeholders to develop effective marketing communications and visual storytelling.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
  • Experience establishing KPIs, analyzing marketing performance data, and using insights to drive decision-making and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, website analytics, and campaign measurement.
  • Experience managing corporate LinkedIn pages, content strategies, and audience engagement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong graphic design skills with demonstrated experience creating both print and digital marketing materials.
  • Experience designing trade show graphics, booth displays, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other branded marketing collateral.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design best practices.
  • Experience working with content management systems and website platforms; BigCommerce experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Defense, firearms, manufacturing, outdoor sporting goods, or other regulated-industry experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, adapt quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands and Abilities
  • Regularly spend extended periods sitting and using office equipment and computers.
  • Regularly move between sitting and standing positions.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
