Job description

Digital Marketing Manager

Application Deadline: 30 October 2026

Department: Marketing

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: New York, NY

Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 / year

Description
  • Reports to: Head of Growth Marketing
  • Location: New York City office - 10-20% onsite/hybrid
  • Hours/Status: Full-Time, exempt
  • Salary (USD): $95,000-$110,000

The role

Spektrix has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll execute, measure, and optimize Spektrix’s digital marketing activity across campaigns, channels, and audiences. Working closely with Growth Marketing, Content & Campaigns, Client Marketing, Product & Partner Marketing, Events, and the Website team, you'll turn marketing strategies into targeted, measurable digital experiences that generate demand, engage clients, and move audiences to action.

You should be comfortable moving between building a campaign, defining an audience segment, reviewing conversion performance, testing an approach, and identifying what should change next.

If you bring both strong execution and an analytical mindset to everything you build, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Campaign Execution & Delivery: Translate strategy briefs into end-to-end digital channel plans, automating nurture journeys, client/partner communications, product launches, and event promotions.
  • Paid & Digital Channel Management: Build, run, and optimize paid digital and social activity aligned with the growth strategy established by the Head of Growth Marketing.
  • Audience Segmentation & Data Quality: Manage audience targeting and CRM data hygiene to deliver tailored, relevant messaging and high-quality campaign builds.
  • Performance Analysis, Testing & Optimization: Implement robust tracking and attribution, lead continuous A/B testing (messaging, channels, landing pages), and use data-driven insights to refine future strategies rather than just reporting past metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Website, Content, and Growth colleagues to build conversion journeys, distribute content effectively, and support co-marketing initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance & Project Management: Balance multiple concurrent projects, maintaining strict QA standards across brand consistency, accessibility, tracking, and timely delivery.
What You Bring
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a related role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of email marketing, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and nurture journeys.
  • Experience managing or executing paid digital campaigns, including paid social.
  • Experience with campaign tracking, analytics, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data, identify meaningful insights, and translate those insights into specific actions and optimizations.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms and an understanding of how campaign, contact, and engagement data flow between systems.
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and testing methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing campaign setup, segmentation, tracking, links, and communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, including content, design, web, product marketing, client marketing, events, and sales.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify gaps, question assumptions, and recommend improvements rather than relying solely on established processes.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and proactively identify what needs to happen next.
Benefits
  • Company paid medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Generous Paid Time Off benefits, including
    • 21 days of PTO (vacation, personal time, whatever you choose to use it for)
    • 14 paid holidays
    • 10 Paid Sick Days
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Two paid volunteering days per year
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Flexible working with support for WFH setup and equipment
  • Month-long Paid Sabbatical after 5 years of service
  • Free snacks, drinks and breakfast items in our offices
  • Varied range of regular social activities throughout the year
Working From Home

While many Spektrix team members live near one of our offices (NYC, London, or Manchester), remote/non-local team members work from home most of the time, and all team members work from home at least some of the time! We provide reasonable support and all the hardware you need to get started, but we do require that you have the following in place to work from home:

  • A quiet working space at home where you can consistently take video calls without interruption
  • A strong, reliable internet connection that supports your participation in video calls and access to our systems and service
Working At The Office

For team members who are 'local' to NYC, a stipend is offered for each day you work on-site. Think of it as our way of easing potential commute related costs (but no need to prove it - this is a perk we offer for days worked onsite, regardless of how you choose to get there).

Equal Opportunities

Spektrix is an equal opportunity employer. We recruit regardless of race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability status and look to employ from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

Spektrix is committed to creating an inclusive work environment, where our team members are supported in expressing themselves and delivering their best work.

Diversity in the workplace is hugely important to our working environment and to enable both individuals and Spektrix to thrive. By valuing each person’s differences we enable each person to contribute their unique experiences, strengths and viewpoints. Workplace diversity is something we aim to achieve and maintain at Spektrix, and we are pursuing a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and work in. We aim to reflect this diversity in all departments and at all levels of seniority in the business, right up to the board.
