RCB Bank in Wichita, KS seeks a digital marketing professional to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social, and display channels, while maintaining our online presence and reputation.

You’ll collaborate with marketing teammates and designers to create landing pages, track performance with analytics tools, and support digital banking initiatives. A strong background in website maintenance and data-driven marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional digital marketing or social media experience.
• Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and landing pages.
• Experience with landing page optimization and user funnels.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript constraints.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
