• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Hootsuite, Sendible).
• Desire to work in a corporate, B2B environment.
• Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities.

• Assist with creating email templates, workflows, and scheduling.
• Help maintain reporting dashboards tracking KPIs and performance across social, email, and web channels.
• Willingness to learn new platforms, skills, and processes.
• Willingness to think creatively to improve upon the current system.
• Flexibility to flow between tasks and evolving deadlines.

This role is to be based near Zeeland, MI to support a hybrid work schedule with regular onsite collaboration.

• Strong attention to detail, catching typos, broken links, and other inconsistencies before publishing
• Create content and social media assets to supplement marketing campaigns and adapt messaging for different audience segments

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field
• Strong writing skills, with experience in both short-form and long-form content
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Experience posting on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Hootsuite, Sendible, or a comparable platform
• Desire to work in a corporate, B2B environment
• Ability to work on time-sensitive issues, meet deadlines, and balance multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using email marketing and website tools such as HubSpot
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar dashboards
• Basic familiarity with SEO concepts a plus
• Experience utilizing AI platforms such as Claude or Copilot
• Experience using design and editing tools such as CapCut and Canva
• Understanding of the millwork industry a plus
