Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field.
• Strong writing skills for short-form and long-form content.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience posting on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Hootsuite, Sendible).
• Desire to work in a corporate, B2B environment.
• Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Write short and long-form content including social media captions, emails, and blogs.
• Proofread content to catch typos, broken links, and inconsistencies before publishing.
• Create content and social media assets to supplement marketing campaigns and adapt messaging for different audience segments.
• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in building landing pages, support basic web updates, and gain exposure to SEO fundamentals.
• Assist with creating email templates, workflows, and scheduling.
• Help maintain reporting dashboards tracking KPIs and performance across social, email, and web channels.
• Willingness to learn new platforms, skills, and processes.
• Willingness to think creatively to improve upon the current system.
• Flexibility to flow between tasks and evolving deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
