San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to optimize our digital marketing platforms, website, email communications, and analytics. The role supports audience engagement, fundraising, occupancy growth, and organizational communications through data-driven strategies.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality digital experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in digital marketing, digital operations, or related field.
• Experience with digital platforms including email automation, CRM, CMS, fundraising tools, and event registration.
• Experience with WordPress, GA4, SharePoint or similar CMS.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns including audience segmentation and automation.
• Build and maintain automated email journeys for marketing, fundraising, and engagement.
• Monitor deliverability and maintain database hygiene; ensure CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Collaborate with CRM/data teams for accurate audience segmentation and targeting.
• Manage day-to-day updates of WordPress website and landing pages.
• Analyze website, email, social media, and fundraising performance; produce dashboards.
