Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Maxwell is seeking a results-driven Business Development Consultant to drive digital marketing and media solutions. The role is a permanent, on‑site position with a 9am–6pm schedule, offering up to $5,000 plus commission and PB.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
• Experience in consultative sales or solutions selling.
• Background in digital marketing, media, or technology services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage decision-makers and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high‑potential leads through proactive prospecting.
• Engage prospects with needs analysis and solution presentations.
• Close sales across SEO, SEM, social media and full‑funnel solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Build long‑term client relationships and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams for campaigns.
• Support invoicing and payment processes with finance.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and learn continuously.
