You will develop strategy, manage WordPress content, run analytics, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize search performance and content marketing. The role emphasizes Mandarin proficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, CS, Digital Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven SEO or digital marketing experience in B2B/tech.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms.
• Hands-on WordPress experience with Elementor and/or Oxygen.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement strategic SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and use insights to drive high-value content creation.
• Optimize website content—including product pages, blog posts, and landing pages for both search performance and user experience.
• Lead technical and content-driven SEO efforts such as link-building, metadata optimization, and improving internal site structure.
• Oversee performance and content updates on our WordPress-based website, ensuring technical accuracy and visual coherence.
• Design and update web pages using tools like Elementor.
• Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Keep up to date with algorithm updates across platforms such as Google and Baidu and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals through digital campaigns.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Communications, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing roles, ideally in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and page builders such as Elementor and/or Oxygen.
• Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for site optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred due to communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related platforms.
• Previous experience in digital marketing within high-tech, optical, or photonics industries.
• Experience managing multilingual SEO strategies.
